Said free bonuses, as to their amount and issuance, shall be subject to the discretion of iWager.com., and shall be non-transferable and non-refundable.

All bonuses are subject to play through requirements of at least thirty three times the bonus.

Example: If you deposit $100 and are given a bonus of $10, you will be required to play $10 x 33 = $330 using your $110 in order to withdraw the full amount of the bonus.

For cash bonuses not attached to a deposit, the play through requirement is ONE HUNDRED times the amount of the bonus.

Any player that is considered to be abusing the bonuses will forfeit their bonus as well as their account being closed and deposits returned to them.

Sportsbook Bonuses

For those players wagering on sports the rollover requirement shall be thirty three times the amount of the bonus.

The maximum bonus on any deposit made shall be $500. All bonuses and withdrawals are subject to management approval. Players may be asked to provide copies of identification prior to any withdrawals being processed.

Free Bets

One free wager per person, per offer. In the case of a tie, all bets will be no actioned and money returned. Wagering on both sides of this free bet, making multiple bets, using multiple accounts, or any other abuse of this offer will result in non-payment of all free wagers in the related accounts. An additional charge of $5 per free bet may be levied against any customer who is found to be fraudulently abusing this special. Furthermore, to discourage abuse we may at our discretion, require players to make a minimum of 5 sportsbook wagers or total action of at least $50 in combined poker, casino, or horseracing bets during the week of our free bet special.

Referral Bonus

Any player that referrers another player that deposits a minimum of $100 will get $15 plus 20% of the referrals deposit.

Taxes

iWager.com. will not disclose details of individual's net winnings or losses. This is the responsibility of the individual, and if you reside in a jurisdiction where your winnings are taxable you must keep track of those winnings and report them to the proper authorities.

Age Restrictions

Discrepancies/Disputes

Account balances must be verified by the customer on each call or Internet log-on prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your account balance you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims. Claims or disputes must be settled prior to making any further wagers and within THREE days from the date of the related transaction (Deposit, wager, or withdrawal). All phone calls to iWager.com. will be recorded on tape. All Internet transactions will be saved to a file and the file will be saved on a tape back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both management and the customer agree that the tape recording or file tape back-up shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, in the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of iWager.com. will be final and binding in all matters.

Termination of Agreement

The agreement between iWager.com. and the user may be terminated by the customer at the customer's request. Or if deemed necessary iWager.com. reserves the right to revoke the agreement between the user and iWager.com.

Password

You are solely responsible for the security of your Personal Identification Number (PIN), and your password. Should you inadvertently let someone else know your password you shall contact iWager.com. immediately and change your password. Customers are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet, said bet shall be valid, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer. Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason. In the event that a customer suspects that a third party may have his/her password or username, the customer may at anytime ask that iWager.com. furnish the customer with a new password and username.

When choosing a password, iWager.com. recommends you follow these guidelines:

• Do not use all lower case letters

• Do use numbers and or symbols

• Do use a mix of upper and lower case letters.

Withdrawing Funds

Withdrawal Policy: There are no more Fedex fees charged, regardless of the amount of the withdrawal. Your first four withdrawals are free of charge each calendar month, regardless of how the withdrawal is sent. However, if you request 5 or more withdrawals in a calendar month, each withdrawal after the fourth will be charged a flat $30 processing fee.

We accept withdrawals 24 hours a day, and all withdrawals are processed within 48 hours (Monday to Thursday).

There are four different methods of payment you can choose from, Check, Fedex.

Please note: On any withdrawal, SkylineCasino will first credit back to your card any funds that you have recently charged to that card. The rest of your winnings will be sent using the method of your choice.

For example, if you deposited $200 via credit card, your current balance is $500, and you wish to withdraw $500 dollars, $200 will be credited back to your card and the remaining $300 will be sent via the method you choose.

Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.

Please Note: Initial signup bonuses are not cumulative. For example: We have a standard 30% casino signup bonus, and a 10% bank wire bonus on all bank wire deposits. Management

Management reserves the right to limit the maximum amount wagered, prior to acceptance of any bet. Customers are not permitted to open multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are used then all bets will be void.

In the event that monies are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify iWager.com. of the aforesaid error without delay. Any winnings realized after the error, whether directly or indirectly subsequent to the error but prior to notification of iWager.com., shall be void.

In order for a bet to be valid, a customer must receive a bet identification number confirming from iWager.com that the bet has been accepted. This number appears at the bottom of the casino betting area.

Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled or amended in any way, either by the customer or by Management.

Every effort will be made to ensure that all information available on the Internet site is accurate. However, if an error is made in the prices or conditions published on-line, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes and to settle any bets already laid at the correct price.

Wagering on both pass - don't pass and come - don't come bets on the same dice throw in Craps does not count towards any bonus rollover requirements. Wagering on PaiGow and Sic Bo games does not count towards any bonus rollover requirements. iWager.com. shall make all decisions with regard to the application and retention of bonuses.

Note: For general casino disputes we provide a record that contains the bet amount, running balance, game type, Round ID and time for each single casino round only. Every casino round has a unique Round ID and customers should provide it in their casino claim. Due to technology constraints we can only provide the customer with the card/number/dice details and outcomes for a limited number of casino rounds only (25 rounds maximum). Multiple Accounts

Customers are not permitted to open multiple accounts. Performing such an action may trigger an audit of your account. If multiple accounts have been used then all bets will be void.

Customer Address
